AS FEATURED IN

PROUD TO BE

TESTED IN THE MOUNTAINS

The Lake District experiences some of the coldest, wettest and wildest weather known to the UK.

It is in this climate we extensively test our products by running, hiking, biking, climbing and swimming the mountains and lakes we call home.

MADE BY HAND IN THE NORTH

Our Skincare products are expertly formulated and crafted in the North of England.

COMMITTED TO MINIMAL WASTE

All of our packaging is plastic free and 100% recyclable. From the containers we use, to the postal boxes we ship our goods in.

We endeavour to limit the waste we create, which is why you will never find our products in fancy excess cartons or wrapped in cellophane.

CRUELTY FREE

We never test our products on animals -Nor do we use any ingredients that are derived from animals, as we believe this is the only way we can truly ensure our products are cruelty free.

For this reason - we are proud our products are vegan.

THEY GENUINELY WORK A TREAT

We love everything about Cumbria-based Helm Wind: their creams and lotions are hand-made, cruelty-free and committed to minimal waste. Best of all, they’re specially designed to form a barrier against harsh winds, intense sunlight and cold air. Looks great, the scents are divine, and they genuinely work a treat.

  • TESS CAKEBREAD-BROWN

  • “I had such a huge battle with my head to find the courage to ride harder tracks/conquer obstacles. So to have conquered so many mental barriers on my journey is really rewarding and is a big part of what keeps me pushing to continuously improve."
  • LIAM CAMPBELL

  • "Leading the climb you have no assistance from the rope and the gear you set will protect you if you fall, so it is pretty nerve-racking when making difficult moves and setting the protection."
  • SARAH McCORMACK

  • "My results in Italy is confirmation that sometimes you just have to keep the faith that things will improve, even if you can only hobble along at a walking pace for a little while!"
  • ISAAC KENYON

  • "The hardest part of the expedition was spending two days rowing in a storm going in the opposite direction. We rowed 0 nautical miles for two days when our average was 75 nautical miles a day."
  • LIZZY DEERY

  • "Endurance sport gives me the chance to push myself in ways I never thought possible. There are life lessons to be taken from sport- resilience, patience, perseverance. I’ve found that developing these through sport gives me an edge to push harder in everyday life."

What is vegan skincare?

We could never knowingly include anything in our products that we thought may have caused the suffering or mistreatment of animals in anyway, which is why we choose to eliminate any ingredient that we feel may have the slightest chance of the hurt or mistreatment of animals.
